Who pays the booking fee?
The buyer. It’s added on top of your ticket price and shown as part of the full price from the very first price they see, no surprises at checkout.
What is the organiser share?
Part of the booking fee can go to you. You choose your share through fee plans set per company, and can apply them per event, ticket category or tier. Eventixo’s own share is 5% of the ticket price.
What about card processing fees?
Payments go straight into your own Viva Wallet or Stripe account, so card processing is charged by your payment provider at your agreed rates, it isn’t part of the Eventixo booking fee.
When do I get my money?
Because buyers pay into your own payment account, you’re not waiting on a platform payout. Funds follow your Viva Wallet or Stripe settlement schedule.
What happens to the fee if I refund a ticket?
Refunds follow the refund policy you set for each event, including whether booking fees are refunded. You can refund a whole order or individual tickets.
