Who holds the money from ticket sales?

You do. Buyers pay through Viva Wallet or Stripe directly into your own account, so there’s no waiting for a platform payout.

Can I run more than one company or brand?

Yes. An organisation can run several companies, each with its own events, payment accounts, invoicing, branding and checkout form. Staff can be limited to the companies or events they work on.

Do my door staff need Eventixo accounts?

No. Staff pair the Eventixo Scanner app with a QR or code. The app runs on Android (iOS coming soon) and keeps scanning offline, scans sync when the connection returns.

How does the waiting room decide who goes first?

Everyone who arrives in the hour before opening gets a random place, so refreshing early gives no advantage. People are then let in at the rate per minute you set, and you can pause, resume or let everyone in live.

What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?

Cancel or postpone from the backoffice and buyers are notified by email. Refunds can be issued in full or per ticket within your refund policy.

Can I sell free events?

Yes. Free tickets work like any other ticket, with a QR code, wallet passes and door scanning, and a booking fee of zero.
